This is the official site of the Park Alexandria Condominium Association.  We are a 33-story residential building on the west side of Chicago's Loop area on Jefferson Street between Adams and Monroe, housing  266 units, 350 parking spaces, a rooftop sundeck with dog run, a fitness facility, hospitality room, and  2 guest units.  In our commercial space and we have a dry cleaner.
 
We are managed by Community Specialists, with a full-time property manager on site.  We have door staff 24/7, and also offer a full-time  building engineer, as well as a full maintenance staff.
